Not only will the happenings in the town of Merano be addressed in a humorous way, but politics, economy, and culture both locally and internationally will also be playfully mocked.

Renowned actor, cabaret artist, and director Thomas Hofkofler, along with his team, will bring a revue to the stage that is sure to bring plenty of laughs. Members of the MGV will also take on roles in the performance, supported by professional actors like Karin Verdorfer, Sabine Ladurner, and others, who are closely tied to Hochkofler through many shared performances.

With over 100 years of tradition, the Narrenabend is one of the most prominent events in South Tyrolean Carnival. What can the audience expect? Not political cabaret in the strict sense, but a humorous and often funny examination of the events of the past year – always with a wink!
