Enclosed farm with vineyards and historic tower in a sunny hillside location in South Tyrol in the Terlan wine region.
The farm has 2.2 hectares of vineyards, including Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Merlot, as well as around 5 hectares of woodland.

The historic medieval tower was built in the 14th century and has recently been completely renovated to modern building standards. The work was completed at the end of the year 2022.
